Right now I am loving all things healthy! My 17 Day Diet is going well. Despite my cheating on Saturday night I am down 9 pounds in fifteen days. I am not going to cheat again until Kevy and I celebrate my mom's 60th birthday on January 26th!
So... here's to loving all things healthy!

While it's different than the 17 day diet, a lot of the recipes I can use for my 17 day diet! Yippee!
+ Green Tea
On the 17 day diet I have to drink 3 cups of green tea a day (future blog post to come!). I am loving this flavor AND that it's decaf because I drink my tea in the evenings.
+ All You Mag App
So I have a subscription to All You magazine (one that you should definitely check out!) and with a subscription I can get my app on my kindle and read the entire magazine on there. So amazing!
+My Support System
My boys are great at keeping me going and helping me stay on track! Kevin has been so complimentary (even though I have only lost a little weight) and of course J man is my companion on all of my nights that I stay in!
