- Multivitamin
I bought the Sam's generic women's multivitamin. Most of the vitamins that you need are in the appropriate doses (i.e. at 100% daily value). Additionally, I checked out this website and all of the doses are right on! Nothing too small or too big. Needless to say, I'm very pleased! Be sure to cut your multi in half and take one with breakfast and one with dinner so your body can absorb them.

- Calcium with Magnesium
Dr. Oz recommends that you take a calcium cocktail. Calcium, magnesium, and Vitamin D. I found spring valley and they had also added zinc. The recommended amounts fit within Dr. Oz's guidelines, so I'm pleased! Take this one two hours after you eat and away from any medications you take.
- Omega 3 / Fish Oil
I messed up and got just the DHA, but I've already ordered a new one that has all of the Omega 3's that I need. Yippee! I ordered this for my next time around!

I take Fish Oil and a multivitamin too, though mine is Flintstones. lol
